Step 1 安装 Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)

  • 首先确保windows10系统版本为最新版（设置/检查更新）
  • 在资源管理器中打开 控制面板\所有控制面板项\程序和功能 , 打开启用或关闭 Windows功能 , 勾选 适用于Linux的Windows子系统(Beta)
  • 重启电脑
  • https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-win10，点击上述链接，完成最后操作

Step2 安装VcXsrv Windows X Server

  • 点击下面链接下载安装包，然后默认设置进行安装 https://sourceforge.net/projects/vcxsrv/files/latest/download
  • 每次启动ubuntu之前，都需要先点击VcXsrv图标启动X-Server！！！
  • To enable copy+paste ability in Ubuntu terminal, right-click on the toolbar at the top of the Ubuntu terminal, and select “Properties”; in the Options tab, make sure the box next to “QuickEdit Mode” is selected.
  • To set the DISPLAY properly, copy+paste the following into the terminal: 
    echo "export DISPLAY=:0.0" >> ~/.bashrc
echo "setenv DISPLAY :0.0" >> ~/.cshrc

Step3 对Ubuntu系统进行简单的配置

更换软件源

由于默认的软件包仓库是位于国外的，安装软件的时候就可能遇到各种网络问题或者下载到的一些资源不完整，因此就需要切换数据源为国内的镜像站点来改善。

# 1.备份原来的数据源配置文件
cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list_backup
# 2.编辑数据源配置文件
vi /etc/apt/sources.list

我使用的是清华大学的源

与windows文件系统连通

  • 通过 /mnt/【盘符】/目录 的方式访问Windows目录。mnt文件夹下就是cde等盘符，分别对应C、D、E盘。

Step4 安装AFNI

  • AFNI官网安装教程
  • 唯一需要注意的是afni的本地安装包已经下载好，在私有云/软件库/AFNI文件夹下。下载到本地后，利用cd命令切换到下载目录，再用cp命令拷贝到ubuntu的用户目录，然后根据官网教程进行安装即可。
  • 安装完输入afni启动。
